This left the garages unrentable to tenants and reduced additional income for the customer; Accent Housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"solution\">GPS addressed the problem through a three-step process: safely removing all asbestos, replacing the roofs with new cladding, and installing secure, functional garage doors. This comprehensive approach eliminated health hazards, enhanced security, and improved the garages\u2019 overall condition.
