GPS was commissioned to undertake a comprehensive renovation of a substantial site in Watford, with the objective of elevating the property to a top-tier rental standard.
The project focused on a comprehensive renovation of garage facilities, addressing both structural and aesthetic concerns.
The project began with the replacement of roofs and guttering systems across all garage structures to ensure proper water management and enhance longevity and all damaged garage doors were replaced. In addition, existing doors that were in good condition were painted to achieve a cohesive and uniform appearance across the site.
To enhance visibility and safety, the project included the installation of solar lighting throughout the garage area. Next, the team undertook necessary repairs of damaged walls and integrated a new soak away system into the site to improve drainage and water management.
This project successfully revitalised the garage facilities, improving both functionality and aesthetic appeal while implementing sustainable energy solutions.
