A collection of 200 rentable garages suffered from severe disrepair, primarily due to asbestos degradation and damaged garage doors, posing health risks and security issues. This left the garages unrentable to tenants and reduced additional income for the customer; Three Rivers District Council.

GPS addressed the problem through a three-step process: safely removing all asbestos, replacing the roofs with new cladding, and installing secure, functional garage doors. This comprehensive approach eliminated health hazards, enhanced security, and improved the garages’ overall condition. This allowed for Three Rivers District Council. to rent out the garages, providing them with an additional income.
