GPS was required to carry out structural repairs, including the inspection and repair of concrete surfaces and supporting structures, install bird mesh and spikes to prevent nesting and damage, thoroughly clean walls and surfaces in preparation for painting, remove graffiti to restore the car park’s appearance, and repaint the walls and ceilings to enhance the overall look and brightness.
The refurbishment improved aesthetics with a clean, modern look featuring bright, freshly painted surfaces and clear signage, enhanced safety through improved organisation, flow, and updated line markings, ensured durability with long-lasting repairs and bird-proofing measures to reduce future maintenance needs, and promoted cleanliness through graffiti removal and ongoing bird deterrence for a more appealing environment.
